Dr Robert Campbell trained in neurosurgery in Australia and New Zealand before undertaking further subspecialty training in paediatric neurosurgery focusing on craniofacial surgery and endoscopic surgery at the world-famous Alder Hey Hospital in the United Kingdom followed by 12 months as Senior registrar at Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) working under Queensland’s preeminent Pituitary surgeons. Dr Campbell has over twenty years’ experience, performing in excess of one thousand image guided operations for complex brain tumours performing both open and endoscopic trans-nasal resection of pituitary tumours.

Rob is the Director of Neurosurgery Queensland Children’s Hospital, where he treats patients with craniopharyngiomas as well as pituitary adenomas. He is a Visiting Medical Officer at the Mater Children’s Private Brisbane and Mater Private Hospital Brisbane as part of the Mater Centre for Neuroscience.
